Parking
Free parking and shuttle are available on campus at 201 Water Street, Eau Claire. You may park in either the Water Street or HSS Parking Lots. The shuttle service will run from 8:45 a.m. - 1:30 p.m., continuously between UWEC and The Sonnentag and is a 3-minute ride from door to door on a school bus.
Tickets
Tickets are required for all guests, including infants and children. Graduates may register for up to six tickets for their guests. Graduates will enter through a different door than guests and do not need a ticket for the ceremony, but must be wearing regalia. Doors open 75 minutes before the ceremony.
Accessibility
Accessible seating at The Sonnentag is available on the first floor of the event center. Guests who cannot navigate stairs or bleachers may sit in an accessible seating location, which will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis and subject to availability. We ask that only individuals requiring accessible seating occupy this section.
Personal chairs, stools, or seating equipment other than wheelchairs will not be permitted inside the event center. Additional information about accessibility can be found on The Sonnentag website.
Photographers
Professional photographers from Grad Images will take photos of all graduates as they receive their diplomas. You can pre-register for photos for a 20% discount.
Live Broadcast
The ceremony will be broadcast live on UW-Eau Claire's website, YouTube Channel or Facebook Page.
