Dr. Jacob Grewe is an educator and freelance musician based in Minneapolis, MN. He joined the music faculty at the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire as the Lecturer of Tuba and Euphonium in 2016. In addition to Dr. Grewe’s teaching duties at UW-EC, he is Adjunct Instructor of Low Brass at the College of Saint Benedict/Saint John’s University and is a tuba instructor at the International Music Camp where he also performs with the International Brass Quintet. Dr. Grewe has performed and presented masterclasses throughout the Midwest.

Saxophonist and composer Aaron Hedenstrom has been composing, arranging, and performing music professionally for over a decade. Aaron has performed Internationally as a jazz saxophonist, clinician, and composer with notable performers and ensembles.

Alexander Henton is currently an Associate Lecturer of Horn at the University of Wisconsin Eau Claire. Prior to this appointment he was the Principal Horn of the Sichuan Symphony Orchestra and Principal Horn of the Hyogo Performing Arts Center Orchestra. He currently resides in the Twin Cities area and is a substitute musician in the Philadelphia Orchestra, the Minnesota Orchestra and the Omaha Symphony Orchestra.

Born in Banqiao, Taiwan, Dr. Hsu is an active composer of contemporary concert music. Dr. Hsu has been interested in deriving inspirations from different materials, such as poems, myths, and images. She received commissioned from various ensembles and foundations. Her works were awarded with prizes and performed by major ensembles around the world.
