The steps you need to take to enroll in a graduate course as an undergraduate student.

  1. If you are interested in taking a graduate level course at UWEC while you are still an undergraduate student, you should first talk to your academic or faculty advisor.
    1. Your financial aid offer will be based on the number of undergraduate credits you have per term.
    2. Undergraduate financial aid—including federal, state, and institutional funds—can only be awarded for courses that meet bachelor’s degree requirements.
    3. Undergraduate students must remain enrolled in at least 12 undergraduate credit hours per term to retain eligibility for full-time financial aid and scholarships.
  2. In order to enroll in the graduate course, you must complete an application and obtain the proper approvals and return to Blugold Central for processing.
  3. After approval, you still need to register for the requested courses.
