UW-Eau Claire provides a wide range of merit- and need-based scholarships to incoming and continuing students. This page summarizes some of the top scholarship opportunities for Materials Science, Materials Science + Engineering, and Biomedical Engineering majors here at UWEC.

The Materials Science + Biomedical Engineering department has an established record of producing extremely high caliber student scholars, and several have been the recipients of prestigious national scholarships like the Goldwater Scholarship and the McNair Fellowship. The following MS+BME, College of Arts & Sciences, and university-wide scholarships are available to incoming or current UW-Eau Claire students. Applications for incoming student scholarships are typically December 1 or February 1, and applications for current students are typically due in the spring semester. Deadlines and other details can be found under each scholarship listing.
