I have studied abroad on three different occasions, and really each experience stood out to me. Being able to experience all those different memories and cultures was truly amazing. And I keep going back because there's so much more out there to learn.

Honors student Sabrina Massie is passionate about making history accessible through public history, with a focus on translating complex topics to everyone. After graduating from UWEC, they plan to pursue a master’s and doctorate in public history, using their Honors experience to encourage critical thinking for future students.
For the second consecutive year, UW-Eau Claire’s participation in study abroad programs is the highest among master’s-level colleges and universities in Wisconsin and Minnesota, and ranks among the best in the nation, according to the 2024 Open Doors Report of the Institute of International Education.
