Intro

The Communication Sciences & Disorders Department actively serves the Eau Claire community and beyond. We have an on-site clinic called the Center for Communication Disorders where we offer speech/language programming for individuals of all ages. Our services include a specialized program for individuals with Parkinson's Disease SPEAK OUT! and LOUD Crowd. Various group services are available as well, including a Gender-Affirming Communication Group, Aphasia Group, TBI Group, and more! SPEAK OUT! and LOUD Crowd
The University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire CCD has received grant funding from the Parkinson's Voice Project to provide SPEAK OUT! and LOUD Crowd services to our community. All graduate students benefit from this grant, allowing them to receive state-of-the-art training in providing communication services for individuals with Parkinson's Disease.
