Five hundred seventy-five incoming freshmen received scholarships from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire for the 2022-23 academic year, with many students receiving multiple awards.
Each award varies in amount and criteria. Scholarship details can be found on the Gold for Blugolds scholarship network page.
The collaborative combines the power of the state’s universities with partners from government, industry and local communities to solve freshwater issues and train the next generation of freshwater scientists.
UW-Eau Claire and UW Oshkosh received a $1.6 million joint award from the National Science Foundation under a program called “Growing Research Access for Nationally Transformative Economic Development” (GRANTED).
To spread the word about UW-Eau Clare's 100th Homecoming and the 49th year of the Bridgman Hall Kazoo Band, past members gathered, along with some new recruits, at the Minnesota State Fair.
