Step 1
To pay your own bill or make a deposit, log into your CampS account. You may have received an email from Blugold Central letting you know you have an outstanding balance (you won’t get a paper bill - we only send bills via email).
Note: If your parent or another payer needs to pay your bill online, first make sure they have access to pay on your CampS student account.

Step 2
Click the “Financial Account" tile on the CampS student homepage. Then click the "Make a Payment" navigation menu option.
Step 3
Make sure pop-ups are allowed in your browser, and then click the “Pay Online By Credit Card or No Fee Bank Transfer” button.
Step 4
In the payment portal window that opens, click the “Make a Payment or Deposit” navigation menu option.
Step 5
If you have a balance to pay, you’ll see the “Pay Amount” field at the top. Make sure it reflects the amount of tuition, fees, and room and board for that term you want to pay and change it if necessary.

Select any additional deposits or down payments that you want to pay by choosing the payment tile under "Available Items". If any of the deposits or down payments you selected require you to choose the school year, a screen will appear asking you to select that. Choose the correct year/term from the drop-down menu and click the "Add to Payment" button.
Step 7
Once all items that you want to pay have been selected, click the "Continue" button.
Step 8
Select one of your saved payment methods or choose “New credit or debit card” (which requires a service charge outlined below) or “New bank account” (which is free) then proceed to Step 9. UWEC accepts VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and international credit cards.

If using a new payment method, fill in all the bank account or credit card information, check the "Save card for future use" checkbox and name the payment if you want to save for future use, and click the "Continue" button.
NOTE: If you're paying by U.S. credit card, you will have to click a checkbox that says you accept the 2.95% service charge, then click the "Continue" button. If you're paying with an international credit card, you will have to click the checkbox that stays you accept the 4.25% charge, then click the "Continue" button. The minimum service fee for credit card transactions over $20.00 and less than $106.00 will be $3.00.
If you are paying with New Bank Account (No Fee Bank Transfer) option, you will need to click a checkbox that says you agree to the Bank account terms and conditions, then click the "Continue" button.
Step 10
Review the item summary page to make sure everything is accurate, and then click the “Pay" button. You’ll see a receipt page that says a receipt has been emailed to you. You can also print the receipt from this page by selecting the blue transaction number link.
Step 11
Click the “Sign Out” menu option, then select the "Return" option to return to CampS. All details about your bill will be available in CampS. Online payments are posted in seconds, so you'll see the applied payment almost immediately. If it doesn’t appear right away when you’ve returned to CampS you may need to refresh the page.
