The Gender & Sexuality Resource Center staff work tirelessly to ensure your time at UW-Eau Claire exceeds all expectations. They offer an extensive, award-winning programmatic array and are committed to your success. They understand that everyone enters college with vastly different points of view and lived experiences. The GSRC staff work to challenge queer students to examine their whiteness, take stock of their privilege, speak truth to power, and work toward inclusion of all queer people.

Be seen and be safe

While the GSRC staff is often front and center, visible to all students, students now have the option to tell us who they are (safely and confidentially). Students can now select their gender identity and sexual orientation in CampS! Why is this exciting? The Gender & Sexuality Resource Center will be able to confidentially direct our outreach efforts to those who identify as LGBTQIA+, while also strategizing our support and resources in ways that reflect our substantial campus population. What's better: the information is federally protected (via FERPA), and students have complete control over who sees it. It's also super simple!
