Career Development Coordinator
I earned a bachelor's degree in communication sciences and disorders from UW-River Falls and a master's degree in Linguistics from Wayne State University. My education and experience have provided me with a background in planning, leading, and assessing individuals in a classroom setting. As a McNair Scholar, I add valuable insight and experience in TRIO programs that support first generation, low-income, and students with disabilities.

“I take great pride in helping incoming Blugolds transition smoothly into college life by offering them support as they embark on their academic journeys. I believe that by sharing my fondness for UW-Eau Claire and offering my assistance to new students, they will be able to fully appreciate all the amazing opportunities this campus has to offer.”

Associate Professor
My research is focused on Precambrian metallogeny and magmatic-hydrothermal systems. I specialize in mineralizing volcanic environments and reconstructing tectonic/magmatic settings to better assess regional- and property-scale mineral potential. My students and I have conducted field- and lab-based studies on volcanogenic massive sulfide, komatiite-hosted Ni-Cu, and syenite-associated Au deposits.
