I earned a bachelor's degree in communication sciences and disorders from UW-River Falls and a master's degree in Linguistics from Wayne State University. My education and experience have provided me with a background in planning, leading, and assessing individuals in a classroom setting. As a McNair Scholar, I add valuable insight and experience in TRIO programs that support first generation, low-income, and students with disabilities.

Haley is an intern with Counseling Services and is currently completing her master’s degree in social work at Simmons University. Her approach to counseling incorporates a collaborative, strength-based and client centered lens, while utilizing cognitive behavioral and solutions focused therapies. She is passionate about walking alongside students as they become empowered in their mental health journey.

Dr. James Boulter is a professor of chemistry and the chair of UW-Eau Claire’s Public Health and Environmental Studies department. His Ph.D. is in analytical chemistry with an emphasis in atmospheric sciences from the University of Colorado-Boulder. His areas of teaching and scholarship include air pollution, climate change, and sustainability.
