Andrew Sella

I've been working at UW - Eau Claire since 2019.  I served as the graduate hall director of Thomas Hall and Bridgman Hall for my first and second years of graduate school respectively.  After receiving my graduate degree, I interviewed and was hired to stay on as a full-time Residence Hall Director.  I now oversee two of our second-year students and above residence halls, The Suites and The Priory.  My role is to work with the resident assistants I supervise to ensure that residents of our buildings feel at home in their living spaces.  In addition to working with the resident assistants of each building, I also serve as the advisor for the hall council in each building.  I also have the privilege of serving as one of the advisors for the Society of Housing Leaders (SoHL), a housing organization centered around the values of service, recognition, leadership, scholarship, and inclusion.
