Marvin Johnson

Marv came back to the UW-Eau Claire campus in July 2007. He was part of Blugold Dining previously from 1992-2001. He started working in food service while in high school and now has more than 35 years' experience in the industry. More specifically, he has experience in restaurants and hotels and has been working with campus food service since 1989. Marv's current position includes supervision of all operations at Riverview Café.

Marv's family includes wife, Lori and daughters, Nicole and Aimee.
