Biography

I am a former middle school teacher Spanish and Science teacher. After 9 years of teaching I went to get my doctorate and received my Ph.D. from the University of Washington in Curriculum and Instruction with a certificate focused on Education, Equity, and Society. My areas of interest are teacher education for social justice, multilingual and multicultural education, and science education.
