Bierstube | The Living Room
Local Beer Options
The Brewing Projekt | Golden Toast 4.5% ABV
“This beer pours a clear, bright straw yellow to pale-golden color with a creamy white head. Unlike German Pilsners, this Lager is more malt-forward in character, exhibiting bready, toasted grain flavors with only a hint of sweetness.”
Chippewa River Distillery & Brewster Brothers Brewing | Brut IPA 7.7% ABV
“Brut IPA is a dry, light bodied beer with generous hop aromatics, but not as bitter as a typical IPA. The initial taste primarily reflects hop oils, whereas malt flavor is all but absent.”
Bloomer Brewing Company | Bloomer Lager 5.0% ABV
“Our signature blonde lager that’s malty, sweet, and balanced to perfection.”
Local Wine Options
Autumn Harvest Winery | 44 Reserve | Semi Sweet Apple Wine | 12% ABV
“Sweet & spicy, just like its wild roots. This wine is made with our patented Champagne Apple which symbolizes tradition, heritage, & the many twists throughout its journey from a canyon in New Mexico and now flourishing in the Midwest.”
Autumn Harvest Winery | Big Falls Red Reserve | Semi-Dry | 14% ABV
“If you prefer a silky Cabernet-Sauvignon you’re going to love this rick Bordeaux-style blend. With a slight smokiness, flavor of lively black fruits, structured tannins & oaked to perfection, this wine has it all!”
