Process Groups
Would you like to relate more confidently and comfortably with others and improve your self-esteem? Interpersonal process groups provide opportunities to share experiences, learn new perspectives, and experiment with new ways of relating to others in a safe and supportive environment. Through this, participants will gain a better understanding of themselves and others.

Attacking Anxiety and Depression Workshop
The attacking anxiety and depression workshop is a skill based workshop that focuses primarily on helping individuals, manage worry, conquer fears, and restructure thinking that exacerbates anxiety. The workshop skills are rooted in the mindful practices of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Each week the participants of the workshop will learn a new skill, practice said skill, and report on their perceptions of the effectiveness of that skill at the following week's workshop date. Participants will have opportunities to check in each week, identifying how their anxiety and depression is impacting them currently, as well as share feedback. The outcomes of the group are to help participants better understand how their anxiety and/or depression manifests, identify specific interventions that help manage anxiety and depression, and diversify and expand on participant's coping skills and strengths.

Writing Workshop
The writing workshop is a space to learn about reflective writing and how to use it to explore thoughts, feelings, and experiences. Students can use prompts to guide them in stream-of-consciousness writing and spend time individually reflecting on their writing. There are no expectations to share your writings with the group so this can be a great opportunity for those who are not as comfortable sharing with others. All writers are welcome whether you need help getting started or want to work on new techniques this workshop will have something for you.
This workshop is now available anytime on our YouTube page.
