Find Out When Your Bills Are Due

Students will be notified via their UWEC email address when bills are available to be viewed from their account in CampS. It will be the student’s responsibility to forward the bill to all interested parties.

Summer Session 2024
6/10/24Full payment due to avoid finance charges.

Balances remaining after the 6-10-24 due date are subject to a $30 administrative service fee and a finance charge of 1% per month (12% annual interest rate) calculated from the first day of the semester.  After the initial assessment, finance charges will be assessed on the remaining balance every two weeks (not to exceed 1% per month) until paid.
Fall Semester 2024
09/27/24Full payment due to avoid additional fees and finance charges OR partial payment of 50% of charges due to avoid a $60 administrative service fee. All balances remaining after this date are subject to finance charges of 1% per month (12% annual interest rate) calculated from the first day of the semester. After the initial assessment, finance charges will be assessed on the remaining balance every two weeks (not to exceed 1% per month) until paid.
10/18/24Full payment must be received to avoid a registration hold on your account. Finance charges will continue to be assessed on any remaining balances every two weeks (not to exceed 1% per month) until paid in full.
Winterim Session 2025
01/06/25Full payment due to avoid finance charges.

Balances remaining after the 1-06-25 due date are subject to a $15 administrative service fee and finance charges of 1% per month (12% annual interest rate) calculated from the first day of the semester.  After the initial assessment, finance charges will be assessed on the remaining balance every two weeks (not to exceed 1% per month) until paid.
Spring Semester 2025
02/21/25Full payment due to avoid additional fees and finance charges OR partial payment of 50% of charges due to avoid a $60 administrative service fee. Payment Plan Agreement

Although all eligible educational expenses are payable on the published payment due date indicated in CampS, UW-Eau Claire recognizes that students may choose not to make such payments in full on the payment due dates for each semester. The Payment Plan Agreement terms and conditions are signed electronically through CampS every semester prior to registration.
