Dean of Students Office

The Dean of Students office provides an array of services and programs to support UW-Eau Claire students by promoting a supportive and socially responsible campus community, advocating for the needs of all students, encouraging student leadership and accountability, and providing crisis services and conflict resolution.

We play a critical role in helping students navigate the campus environment by providing services that enrich students’ personal and intellectual development. Our staff advocates for students and assists them in making positive connections with faculty, staff, and other students. We also provide support for a variety of student concerns, including illness, academic trouble, and other personal emergencies.

Seek help for a student

If you are a faculty member, staff, or fellow student who has a health or safety concern about a student, please submit this form to let us know.

Bias/Hate Incident Report

If you are the target of or have knowledge of a bias/hate incident on campus, you are asked to file a report. If anyone is in danger or injured, please call 911. Call our office or campus police in cases of lesser emergency.

Clery or Incident Report

If you are a Campus Security Authority and feel you have information that needs to be reported under the Clery Act, or are reporting any other type of incident, submit this report.

Academic Misconduct Report

If you are reporting a student who has engaged in academic misconduct, submit the standard report with documentation.
