2024 CHAASE Spring Banquet Sponsors

Every year outstanding students, preceptors, and friends of the University of Wisconsin - Eau Claire Health Care Administration Program are recognized at the annual spring banquet hosted by the Center for Health Care Administration and Aging Services (CHAASE). This year’s theme, Driving Innovation with Gentelligence, will celebrate the extraordinary achievements of our leaders who blend compassion with forward-thinking.

The 2024 CHAASE Keynote Speaker, Megan W. Gerhardt, Ph.D., is a Professor of Management and Leadership at the Farmer School of Business at Miami University, where she also serves as Robert D. Johnson Director of Leadership Development. Megan speaks and consults with top organizations around the world on ways to leverage generational diversity in the workplace. In addition to her academic research, she is the author of the book Gentelligence: A Revolutionary Approach to Leading an Intergenerational Workforce.
