Cole Crider, Ph.D.

Cole's research primarily explores innovation management within established businesses, entrepreneurial skill development, and entrepreneurial practices. He investigates these topics across various settings, including corporate innovation units, SMEs, and family firms. His work has been published in the Journal of Product Innovation Management, Organization Studies, International Journal of Entrepreneurial Behavior and Research, and IEEE Transactions on Professional Communication. He earned his Ph.D. in Entrepreneurship and M.B.A. from the University of Louisville, and he teaches courses on entrepreneurship, creativity, and small business consulting.
