Through unique projects, you'll learn specific techniques for managing change, developing strategy, avoiding toxic decision-making practices, identifying effective reward structures, and maintaining an ethical organizational culture.
You will acquire real-world experience, too. UW-Eau Claire prides itself on providing students with resume-building and experiential learning opportunities. Join one of 20+ business student organizations, participate in research with a faculty member, compete in regional and national competitions, study abroad and/or take on an internship. It's through these high impact practices and experiences that you'll acquire essential management skills, teamwork, critical thinking, communication techniques, analytical thinking, and leadership.
Because of the broad-based nature of the program, graduates go on to pursue management careers in a wide variety of fields and industries.
