Spring Commencement Ceremonies

Intro

The University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire is eager to welcome degree candidates from the spring class of 2025 to celebrate their graduation at the Sonnentag Event Center on Saturday, May 17, 2025.

9:00 a.m. | College of Arts and Sciences + College of Nursing
1:00 p.m. | College of Business + College of Health and Human Sciences

Doors open 60 minutes prior to each ceremony. Ceremonies last approximately 2 hours.

Free parking and shuttle are available on campus at 201 Water Street, Eau Claire. You may park in either the Water Street or HSS Parking Lots. The shuttle service will run from 7:30 a.m. - 4 p.m., continuously between UWEC and The Sonnentag and is a 3-minute ride from door to door on a school bus.

Tickets are required for all guests, including infants and children. Graduates may register for up to eight tickets for their guests.

Graduates will enter through a different door than guests and do not need a ticket for the ceremony, but must be wearing regalia.

Professional photographers from Grad Images will take photos of all graduates as they receive their diplomas. Please exit the arena immediately following the ceremony so that we may reset for the next ceremony.
