Leadership development is an area that the Activities, Involvement and Leadership staff are incredibly passionate about. We get numerous requests throughout the year for various workshops that build stronger teams, address organizational issues, and create an engaged community.
We recognize that each group is different and has unique leadership needs. Our staff is excited to create tailor-made programs, presentations, retreats, or sessions that best serve your group's goals.
Some areas that our staff can develop presentations around include the following:

Interested groups can request a workshop at any time throughout the year. Requests need to be made at least three weeks in advance in order for staff to best prepare for each unique program. Each request includes additional communication to ensure the vision and goals are going to be achieved and that each presentation suits each unique group. All workshops are free of charge to UW-Eau Claire students, staff, and faculty except Clifton Strengths.
